Welcome to Integral Psychedelic
I am deeply grateful for your curiosity and the time you've taken to explore how we might connect.
I founded Integral Psychedelic to nurture the healing and growth of therapists, clients in helping professions, and those committed to showing up with care, presence, and compassion—first for themselves, and then for their communities.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). This designation allows me to oversee the 100 hours of supervision required to register as a RCC as well as serving as a Supervisor for Supervisors through BCACC. I hold supervision practice dear to my heart and have completed over 1000 individual and group supervison hours.
I hold Master's degrees in Psychology, with a clinical specialization, and a Master's degree in Philosophy, focusing on Eastern Philosophy.
With over 15 years of experience, I’ve supported individuals, families, and organizations through periods of growth and change. For seven years, I served as the Clinical Lead at Canada’s oldest mental health agency, overseeing a team of supervisors and practitioners with a focus on:
- Creating and delivering clinical programs
- Developing and leading practitioner and organizational training
- Clinical supervision and supervision-of-supervision
- Ensuring fidelity to evidence-based models
Leading to independent and sustainable site within integrative GenerationPMTO model - listed as an evidence-based intervention with top scientific ratings. Appreciated for both the early intervention and clinical applications.

Dedication to Psychotherapy
My dedication to the field of mental health and psychotherapy is fueled by the grace, kindness, and compassion I have received from mentors, psychotherapists, and teachers. I am committed to extending this teaching and healing to helping professionals and 'wounded healers'—aspiring bodhisattvas.
This is my way of giving back—with love, clarity, and space—aiming to make a meaningful impact on our shared journey toward wholeness.
Approach
My approach to psychotherapy integrates a variety of body oriented modalities. I’ve had the privilege to study, train, and learn from exceptional psychotherapists and mentors around the world, including Krakow, Los Angeles, New York, Vancouver, Boulder, Galway, and Buenos Aires. Their teaching left me more whole, humbled and inspired to keep learning more. See their names here.
My advanced training has been intentionally focused on somatic, relational, and integrative approaches, including:
- Gestalt Psychotherapy
- Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP)
- Realization Process
- Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP)
Guided by Ken Wilber's integral framework, I’ve crafted a comprehensive clinical model that focuses on five key areas:
"Grow up, clean up, wake up, open up, and show up."
I believe that by exploring these dimensions, individuals can cultivate deeper self-awareness, authenticity, and relational capacity—for themselves and their communities.
As a practitioner, I strive to be present, attentive, creative, and responsive to what arises in the relational field of ‘I and Thou’. I believe being human is a living, evolving masterpiece, often obscured by layers of trauma yet deeply beautiful. Together, we’ll uncover the ways you’ve creatively adjusted and adapted to survive.
I’m not afraid of your darkness—I’ve embraced my own with loving-kindness.
Wholeness is just one breath away. Let’s pause. Can you rest with the outbreath here, now? Can you attune to stillness?
Let’s equip you with the tools and skills to experiment, deconstruct, and play—unlocking flow as we journey toward healing.
What am I?
Pause. Inhale. Rest on the outbreath. I don’t know.
Some said I can be like a river stream, fresh and vivid. Others said I can ignite their fire but also calm it down when needed.
I am aspiring to be a clear mirror that reflects your light and helps clear the dust that is dimming your true nature.
It can take 84,000 ways of doing it—each a path to clarity and freedom—and it is enough to return to One.
What direction is One?
Your inner child wants to be found, beyond time lonely, desperate, crying at the edges of the dissociated universe. Almost bypassed.
How can I help you?
My mission is to help heal the wounds of trauma and adverse childhood experiences through expanded states of consciousness and embodied practices within a supportive community.
